During our Client Update Seminars in October and
February many of you expressed an interest in a workshop
to explain the one time ability to convert traditional
IRAs to Roth IRAs and defer the tax, which has been
granted for 2010 only.
This workshop will explain the differences between
a traditional IRA and a Roth IRA. We will explain
what a conversion is and the advantages and disadvantages
of conversion.
For some, the conversion will make it possible to
leave twice as much IRA inheritance to your children-tax
free. For others it may not make sense to make the
conversion. We will show graphics to help determine
if the conversion is appropriate for you. We will
show you how to earn back most of the income tax on
the conversion before the tax is even due.
Come and bring your questions. My friend, Katrina
Savage from Alliance Financial Group will be assisting
in the presentation and will assist me in answering
questions.
The program will be offered at two separate times
and will take place at the new Hampton Inn (not Holiday
Inn) located at 6060 Rashelle Dr. just behind McDonald's
near my office off Hill Road on June 22. Sessions
will begin at 10:00 a.m. and 6:00p.m.and will last
about 1 hour 30 minutes. Light refreshments will be
served.
These sessions are not open to the public and seating
is limited, so if you are interested in attending,

you and your guests.
Please do not call the office to register. If you
cannot attend June 22 but are still interested, just
tell the operator who takes your call to put you on
a waiting list and we will contact you with an alternate
